code helix is a personal website of Anya Korsakova, currently a Computational Biology researcher at Calico Life Sciences (Alphabet). The name code helix hints that DNA is a code - the code of life that can be fully decoded for the benefit of humanity.

Apart from the computational biology research, I am interested in financial market forecasting. I spent some time developing quantitative trading robots for the stock market and forex; I am happy to collaborate on projects in this area. In my free time, I enjoy pole acrobatics.
